Arlington, TX--Upon entering the Media Room after the Dallas Wings game, I was greeted with this elaborate set-up. Being the curious type, I decided to check the set-up out. There are 11 Canon cameras on this rig. Six of them have flashes attached. There are three Wescott Strobes surrounding the rig. I said to myself, "That's way too much power for still photographing." Then it hit me. This is going to be used to shoot video for animation. I then saw the EA Sports Logo on the rig. Having had my work licensed for animators to create the Doug Williams Black Collge Game, I have some experience watching this process. It's amazing what they can do with still or video.
