Usain Bolt opened his final season of European competition with a sluggish win in a Diamond League Meet at Ostrava, Czechoslovakia. He came from behind to win a "slow" 100-meters in 10.06. It was his second race where he did not beak 10 seconds. He ran a 10:03 in Kingston, Jamaica earlier this month. He is expected to retire at the World Championships in London. He is the most successful athlete in History at the World Championships with 13 medals-11 of which are gold.
